Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which Mexpoint Labs ("we," "us," or "our") processes refund requests for our educational services and course offerings available at mexpointlabs.com.

1. General Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure satisfaction with our perspective drawing courses and educational content. Refund requests are evaluated based on the specific circumstances and timing of the request.

Refunds may be requested within the applicable refund window specified for each course or service. Digital course materials accessed or downloaded may affect refund eligibility as detailed in this policy.

2. Course Enrollment Refunds

2.1 Standard Refund Window

Students may request a full refund within 14 days of course enrollment if they have completed less than 20% of the course content. The refund window begins on the date of purchase confirmation.

2.2 Partial Refunds

After the 14-day standard refund window, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for students who have completed less than 40% of course materials. Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the proportion of content accessed.

2.3 No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • More than 40% of course content has been accessed or completed
  • Downloadable course materials, templates, or resources have been downloaded
  • Course completion certificates have been issued
  • More than 30 days have passed since enrollment
  • The student has violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial subscription charge if no significant platform usage has occurred. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if less than 10% of available courses have been accessed. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent future charges.

3.3 Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not trigger refunds for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical problems that prevent access to course materials and our support team cannot resolve the issues within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be granted regardless of standard timeframes.

4.2 Course Cancellation by Provider

If we cancel or discontinue a course you have purchased, you will receive a full refund regardless of how much content you have accessed. Alternatively, we may offer equivalent replacement courses at no additional cost.

4.3 Medical or Compassionate Grounds

Refund requests based on medical emergencies, personal hardship, or other compassionate grounds will be evaluated individually. Documentation may be requested to support such claims.

5. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Courses purchased during promotional periods, with discount codes, or as part of bundle offers are subject to the same refund policy terms. Refunds for discounted purchases will be processed at the actual amount paid, not the original price.

Free trial access or complimentary course access does not qualify for refunds.

6.3 Processing Timeline

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days of submission. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

7. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot process refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods for security reasons.

Depending on your payment method:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Debit card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Digital wallet refunds: 3-7 business days after processing
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days after processing

8. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • One-on-one coaching or mentoring sessions that have been attended
  • Live workshop or webinar attendance
  • Completed course certificates or credentials
  • Custom course creation or personalized learning path services
  • Administrative or processing fees
  • Third-party services or materials

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback while a refund request is being processed may delay resolution.

If a chargeback is filed, your account access may be suspended pending investigation. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently terminated.

10. Course Transfers

As an alternative to refunds, we may offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value within 30 days of original purchase. Course transfers are subject to approval and availability.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

Refund requests for purchases made before policy changes will be evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
